Dr (Mrs) Francisca Ogechukwu Eneh

Dr (Mrs) Francisca Ogechukwu Eneh is the last born out of eight children of the late Pa Felix Eze & Mrs. Apollonia N. Eneh of Udi Town of Enugu State, she had her Primary School at St. Thomas Primary School Udi where she came out with a Distinction in her First School leaving Certificate, she had her secondary school at the prestigious Queen’s School Enugu and came out also in flying colors, her tertiary education was first at the Federal College of Education, Yola in 1983 (NCE) in Maths/Geography then to University of Lagos in 1990 where she read (BSC, ED) in Geography and had Second Class Upper Division, then her masters and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Abuja 2005 and 2016 respectively.

Francisca Eneh worked with the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Education Secretariat and held several positions in the following departments; FCT Secondary Education Board (FCT SEB), Department of Policy, Planning, Research and Statistics (DPPR&S) as a deputy Director from where she was promoted as the pioneer Director, Special Needs Education (DSNE) and from where she retired from service. She is now an independent consultant in Education and the Registrar, Lelook bags Academy, Lugbe.

She holds and has held several positions in organizations such as the National Chairman Committee on Education-Catholic Women Organisation, Nigeria (CWON), one time President of Catholic Women Organisation (CWO) Our Lady Queen of Nigeria (OLQN), Pro-cathedral, Garki, Abuja, 2008-2014, Secretary, National Council of Women Societies, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) for 6 years, second vice chairman OLQN Pastoral Council (PPC), and many others needless mentioning.

She has attended many educational and religious seminars, conferences, and workshops both national and international, and has represented Nigeria at the discussion on Catholic Women Organisation, Nigeria at the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) which was aired all over the world in 2018.

Francisca has visited the following countries of the world, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, gone on the holy pilgrimage to Israel and Rome, and has also visited Dubai, France, and Egypt. She has received many Awards latest is the merit award from the CWON on 23^rd January 2021, Ambassador of Mary by Ncwo, Adafulukwe of Oghe FCT, Mother of Honour by the CMO of OLQN, Garki, Virtuous Mother by the FCT CAN Women’s wing, and many more too numerous to mention.

Dr (Mrs) Francisca Ogechukwu Eneh is happily married to Hon. Engr. Michael Chukwuma C. Eneh from Amokwe town of Enugu State and they are blessed with five (5) lovely children, a son in law and two amiable grandchildren.

Her hobbies include Reading, writing, praying, travelling, singing, and dancing.
