COFP 2019 End of The Year Award

One of the most effective ways of motivating employees and volunteers to work harder is by presenting them with an elegant award in recognition of their services.

For the first time, COFP presented awards in recognition of the efforts of some of her staff namely Mr. Augustine Nnakwe for his outstanding leadership skill and contributions to the organization and Mr. Didel Casmir for his punctuality and regularity to work.

Presenting the awards, the Executive Director surprised the recipients with an additional cash prizes as she promised on expanding the award categories in 2020 while encouraging all staff to work harder.

The awards exemplify the visionary dreams and widespread aspirations of the COFP Foundation in rewarding her employees for their sincere efforts in achieving the goals of the Foundation.
