As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) at the Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace (COFP), Augustina Chika Richard provides credible services to the Foundation by evaluating the effectiveness of our work strategy with an emphasis on tracking, responding to challenges, and learning from opportunities as they arise. Tina has an excellent background in Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning for Development Professionals (MEAL: DPRO); Fundamentals of Management; Designing & Implementing M&E Systems; Introduction to Project Management & Communication; and Fundamentals of Operations Management apart from her Bachelor Degree in English from Abia State University, Uturu. With these skills, she confidently develops an M&E plan that is SMART and at the same time, gives the Foundation the opportunity of new learning, relearning, and unlearning from our programs.
