COFP Scholarship – Providing Brighter Future for Underprivileged Children

COFP Foundation envisages a Nigeria where doors to education especially at primary and secondary levels are opened to all irrespective of status. Financial struggles have been the bane of many children assessing education even when the government provides free education at primary and junior secondary school levels. Hence, provision of scholarships to indigent pupils and students are a sure way to making education a reality for many. By this, the financial burden on parents is drastically reduced and also make the children eager to learn, grow and contribute to the growth of the society. So far, COFP Foundation have sponsored 316 number of children both in primary and secondary schools and will continue to search for more children with genuine needs to benefit from the program. Between January and June 2025, 45 children were added bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 361. The beneficiaries of the first and second term of the 2024/2025 academic session are pupils and students from primary and secondary schools in FCT Abuja, Niger and Nasarawa states. Every child sponsored represents a brighter future for their families, their communities, and the nation at large.
