Recognizing Mid-Year Punctuality
Every six-months, the Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace celebrates staff members whose commitment to punctuality reflects the discipline, dedication and sense of responsibility that keep the Foundation’s work moving forward. To keep up with this culture, the 2026 mid-year recognition honoured three outstanding staff members for their consistency in arriving on time and setting a positive example for their colleagues. In the period under review (Jan-June 2026), Mrs. Augustina Richard, the M&E Officer emerged as the Most Punctual Staff with 94 points, followed by Mr. Nicholas Dike the Program Officer as First Runner-up with 89 points, while Mr. Sochima Anene the Account/Finance Officer came as the Second Runner-up with 69 points. Excellence is often expressed through the small, consistent habits that contribute to a strong and dependable workplace culture. For this reason, these staff members were appreciated and rewarded financially in recognition of their persistent exemplary habit.
