Baba Ramatu is the Director Urban and Regional Planning at the Lands and Housing Bureau, Lokoja Kogi State. She is also a Tijanniya Muslim and Chapter President of the Federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) Kogi State. Ramatu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Masters’ Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Jos and the Ahmadu Bello University respectively.
She hopes to acquire knowledge that will help her to correct the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of actions and motives of people from different faiths and cultures in the country from the Fellowship Program.
