Eneh Francisca Ogechukwu is a Catholic Christian from Enugu state. She lives & work in the FCT. She is the National Chairman on Education Committee, Catholic Women Organization and a retired Director, Department of Special Needs Education, FCT Education Secretariat, Abuja. She holds a Ph.D in Education Administration and Planning from University of Abuja.
Francisca asserts that the personality of the founder of COFP and her belief in peace building encouraged her to apply for the Program.
