Personal Reflection
At the End of the One-Year COFP Fellowship Program:
An Unforgettable Experience
“My experience so far has been worthwhile, I have come to understand what it really means to live & relate with people (even those who hurt you), how to love them and how to be a mediator especially in situations where the tendencies of conflict are obvious, (and sensibly knowing and identifying the signs or drums of war and making a quick move to stop it or discourage its spread). It is NOT ENOUGH to talk or give lectures on peace, but the actions that follows it makes a bigger impact. I will personally like to commend the Foundation for also giving me the opportunity to bring down to my local community a glimpse of what we have been taught, through the seminar I organized on peace talk & skills acquisition & empowerment. It is indeed a great privilege to be a Fellow on this great platform.” ~~ Eugenia.
