Maria Utaji belong to the congregation of Augustinian Sisters of Mercy. She is the Sister-in-Charge of the Augustinian sisters of mercy of Jesus Convent, Mubi Adamawa state. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Federal University, Maiduguri.
