Oledinma Patience Onyinye is a Religious Sister of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena, She lives and work in Katsina State Nigeria. Sr Oledimma holds Bachelor of Arts (ED) English from the Institute of Education, University of Abuja, a Certificate in Pastoral Counselling Training Skill from the Gaudium Et Spes Institute Abuja, and a Diploma in New Evangelization from the Emmaus School of Evangelization. She is the former Coordinator and Teacher, St. Dominic’s Catholic School of Evangelization, Abuja, in addition to other teaching and coordinating positions. She is currently the Head Teacher and Coordinate, Maryamu Nursery and Primary School and St. Vincent Ferrer’s College Malumfashi, Katsina State as well as the Coordinator of Interfaith Dialogue Forum for Peace in Sokoto Diocese.
Because we are living in a religiously tensed environment where religious extremism and differences often lead to friction and friction leads to conflict, Sr. Patience is convinced that proper understanding of what interreligious dialogue and mediation is, is one sure way to enhance tolerance and bridge communities. She is motivated by the search for peaceful ways of resolving differences and conflicts and hopes to realize this through the Fellowship program. Her interest are reading teaching and dancing
