Sunday Akson Abdu hails from Plateau state. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration from Plateau State Polytechnic and currently undergoing Masters Degree Program in Business Administration at Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He is an erstwhile Hon. Member of the Plateau State House of Assembly and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Plateau State, among other high profile professional and development memberships and portfolios both at state and national levels. He is of ECWA Christian sect and currently the National President of the Irigwe Development Association.
Sunday is convinced that interfaith dialogue and tolerance is one big solution to the herdsmen and farmers crises currently devastating his community, and as the national leader of his community development forum, he is committed to ensuring mutual and peaceful coexistence among community members and people of other faiths and cultures. As such, he believes that the skills acquired through this program will enable him to promote and development in his community.
