Hajia Zahra Baba is an indigene of Borno State. She is a graduate of the University of Maiduguri with B.A. Degree in Islamic Studies and Arabic Education. She has practical experience in interreligious works with different organizations and groups within and outside the country. Zahra is currently a member of the Borno Women Interfaith Network for Peace and the Borno state Ameerah of the Federation of Muslim Women Association in Nigeria (FOMWAN).
Zahra hopes to acquire more skills and knowledge from the COFP Fellowship Program in order to communicate, dialogue, mediation and engage in a meaningful interfaith both within and beyond her state of Borno. She enjoys researching and writing, reading and travelling as well as working in collaboration with other development organizations.
